I don't know if the pic is a hoax or not. But if Alcatraz is not haunted then it should be. A lot of hard core people were housed there.

There are a couple of stories about it. Some say it's a hoax. It could be. But I believe the place is haunted too. I haven't been there, but I've read other stories about creepy things people have seen.
