Pineal Gland

Anybody have any good sources and/or personal experience on awakening the pineal gland? I tried Googling around but a lot of it seems wrong/biased/bullshit etc.

Any help?

    Maybe he just means that some of the stuff they post on most sites were already disproved or just copy pasta?

    Hi trey, long time no see. The only thing i know about the pineal gland was from that movie based on HP lovecraft lore. And can you care to elaborate on how were they wrong? I mean, how would you know what is right? Especially when it comes to the unknown.
