I was just reading how some people bought a mansion for $1 and refurbished it. I would do the same with this palace. Maybe the ghosts have gone away by now.
No you can see when they came and left. The only thing I can think of, is they edited the film. Then again probably not, or we would have a scary version of this house,

They spent 3 minutes filming and left. That says a lot. Not unless they explored first, but I doubt it.
